This type of coaching often takes the form of a long term relationship with the  senior executive. Sally Phillips’ role is to offer a direct, informal and confidential sounding board for the executive on business related issues. Topics often include dealing with the board and/or other members of the executive team, strategic direction, senior staff issues, organization structure, communication style, culture development, advanced leadership development, fulfilling goals (personal and business), and life balance / fulfillment.

Management Development Coaching
Managing others often requires a skill set unique from the talents required for promotion into a management or other leadership role. Often these managers have blind spots or are simply missing key leadership skills that can hinder their further growth. In a one-on-one setting, Sally Phillips clarifies the exact behaviors and skills to be developed, and then works with the manager in a personalized and accelerated learning format to enhance the manager's potential.
